When moving blog entries to the new INPE format, simply omitted the oldest entries. However, there is an obvious two-year gap in what is posted.
This is an indication of how difficult it can be to persist with a new activity. Blogging is a new trick for me. Some, like Seth Godin prolifically blog DAILY–if only a brief “aside” like this post!
I’m not aiming that high. However, the one thing that having a blog does is make public the effort–provide some degree of external accountability. That alone, will help me continue the blog and share my thoughts on leadership among NPs — no future two-year gaps!
