Mentorship is leadership in action AND made visible. Mentorship involves a multi-dimensional relationship formed to promote growth in others. People at all levels can benefit from a mentoring relationship--there is always room for growth. I have seen the impressive growth accomplished through professional mentorship. While there are several models of mentorship, no one is the ideal. There are many and this series will cover the roles of mentors and mentees, as well as various models to consider.
